Rue Icelandic Sheepskin
We have picked this sheepskin for it's unique and beautiful color of natural rich browns. It might have touches of white on the sides.
Our sheepskins come from sheep born & bred in Icelandic open nature - one of the cleanest places in the world. These sheep are descendant from the original stock brought to the island by vikings. Soft and silky super long wool is one of the unique qualities these skins offer compared to other breeds. Our sheepskins are produced as a by-product of meat production and no sheep are killed specifically for the skins.
Throw it on your chair, bench or floor. The bench in the photo is by The Long Con which is located in Berkeley, California and is 48".
It's easy to care for and loved by humans & pets. Natural lanolin (wool wax) repels dirt, helps regulate body temperature and makes them antibacterial. Sheepskins keep you cool during the summer and warm in wintertime, because of the breathing properties of wool.
The hide is natural un-dyed, retaining it's original markings which makes it completely unique.
